  • AT&T has finally created something they cannot manage. I can access my email account on line but found that I now have to use SMK as a password instead of my account password when configuring Outlook 2010 to use my AT&T email. We also lost the capability of my wife to use eMail on her IPAD. Repeated attempts to configure using the password under IMAP and POP have both failed. Tried using an SMK and it failed. I can access her email on line so I know the password and account are ok. I spent an hour on the telephone with a very nice AT&T customer support person who had no clue as well. Seems he was not even educated on SMKs. What is going on with AT&T?
