Hi, I have a legacy bellsouth email address that I am currently experiencing log in issues. My email address is sashi@bellsouth.net. My user id is sashi@bellsouth.net; however My user id is not being accepted. I need access to my files and folders and need assistance with my login that's been down for a little over a month.
