Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

Hi, I've not been able to receive incoming emails since Nov. 11. I didn't change my settings; however, I did get a new modem from Spectrum and set it up. The modem is working fine for all other programs and other email address (gmail).. What do I need to do to get the incoming emails to actually come in from the server.. It says the connection to the server was interrupted. I've checked my settings against the instructions above and the settings seem to be accurate based on the above. Thanks for any advice. This problem does seem to happen every now and then to my mindspring.com account.1 year ago
As of today I cannot send and received messages using OutLook.. Prion to today I could send and receved messages through Outlook.. Using Office 365. pop server pop.earthlink.net port 110. tried using pop.mindspring.com port 110 and I get a message cannot login into pop server on both. Earthlink webmail works ok.2 years ago
