1 year agoI need to create an Army email
2 years agoSo I got a postcard in the mail about the US Army Reserve Double Eagle App. So I try and sign on, but it wants my email address. So Iog onto the HRC portal and reset my password. Now the App wants to send me a mail message to confirm, but I can't anywhere to log onto my mil and see my mail. I'm retired so I don't have a CAC and I followed your instruction as best I could (changes have been made to the windows 10 outlook), but it didn't work. I selected the ssl/tcl encryption option and didn't check the encrypted password box. So now what?
