I had a century link acct for years, throughout many changes and a number of providers I have been able to route all email through century link to log in at this site to recover my email. My current email is a Q.com and century link states I cannot use them any longer to retrieve my email, I must use them as a provider. I was under the impression that Qwest bought out century link making it alright to login to century link for my Q.com email. I also have had a security breach and it states it has 9 accounts opened on my primary account dirtyoldbiker069@q.com. Upon calling about this I was put in touch with century link, NOT Qwest and given the above explanation which still leaves me with 9 accounts open as users on dirtyoldbiker069@q.com with nobody correcting the original problem. I did not authorize any additions to my account and wish them to be removed and my account tagged stating that no accounts can be added unless by me
