Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

My email has stopped receiving. I do not remember my password as it was set up so long ago. I'm not sure why it disconnected.

5 years agoour email Jvalenti@cfl.rr.com has stopped working !says its the wrong logon we have not changed it
5 years agoCan receive but suddenly not send on this account. It shows as an IMAP/SMTP account, not a POP3, and I don't see how to change that. I don't want to remove and reinstall, because I am afraid I'll lose all the saved emails in my folders. Please advise.
