Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

Can receive but suddenly not send on this account. It shows as an IMAP/SMTP account, not a POP3, and I don't see how to change that. I don't want to remove and reinstall, because I am afraid I'll lose all the saved emails in my folders. Please advise.3 years ago
