Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
Check 'Server settings'.
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

5 years agoCan a insightbb mail sever be IMAP and not POP3?
5 years agoAre you using a VPN client? If so you most likely need to turn it off when using mail.
6 years agoUpdated windows 7 / Outlook 2007 to windows 10 / Outlook 2016. Current incoming / outgoing setting are "pop-server.insight.rr.com and smtp-server.insight.rr.com. Mail will not send or receive. Have tried the following server variations with no success. mail.insightbb.com mail.twc.com mail.insight.rr.com Help is needed please.
