Outlook guide to setup Insight Broadband mail

1 Start Outlook and open 'Account Settings'.

Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'

2 Create a new email account.

In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'

3 Enable 'Server Settings' and click Next.

Check 'Server settings'.

4 Congratulations, your account has been added!

Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

  • All of my deleted emails now show in active unread emails. Several thousand. Any help or solution

  • Can a insightbb mail sever be IMAP and not POP3?

  • Are you using a VPN client? If so you most likely need to turn it off when using mail.

  • Updated windows 7 / Outlook 2007 to windows 10 / Outlook 2016. Current incoming / outgoing setting are "pop-server.insight.rr.com and smtp-server.insight.rr.com. Mail will not send or receive. Have tried the following server variations with no success. mail.insightbb.com mail.twc.com mail.insight.rr.com Help is needed please.
