  • I got a new iPhone in July and my Mediacom email never transferred over. I’ve tried several times to sign in to Mediacom on my laptop and sometimes my password works other times not. Now i’m Locked out. I looked up the process of adding the Mediacom email to my phone and I get the same result that my password is incorrect. I write my passwords down so I know it’s correct. I see in this forum that I am not alone in this mess. What’s going on?

  • email not working, I have now stumped 3 Apple tech support/guru people and still no email on my iPhone I see that outgoing email should be, SSL-On, Port 587 some state Port 465? A number of times I have deleted the account reset it up and find the Port changes to 25? Any Ideas solutions, I think I talked with Mediacom support and they made comment that the account will lock up if three unsuccessful attempts to log in are made, so how do you have time to change all passwords on a Macbook and iPhone ?
