6 years agoI can not get logged into the email from my phone. message says my password has changed. how do I reset this for my phone?
7 years agoI am not getting this resolved. My phone is showing: user name:janet11 password is: Arlene2015, Incoming server: pop3 server, pop.windstream.net, security type: none, port: 110. Outgoing server: SMTP server, smpt.windstream.net, security type: none, port: 25 authentication required: checked user name: janet11@windstream.net password: Arlene2015 I still cannot get my email on my phone. It is saying: An incorrect username or password has been entered, or POP3/IMAP access is not turned on for this account. Check your account settings or contact your service provider." I contacted my provider, which is Windstream and they couldn't help me. Help! I just got a new phone and have always been on email on my previous phone. I had a Galaxy 4 and now have the Galaxy 7.
