I have confirmed several times incoming and outgoing frontier email settings. I have deleted and re-entered my frontier email and it will not allow me to send an email from my iphone X and my ipad. I can received but a few weeks ago the outgoing stopped working on both devices.
7 months agoHi, Recently I have not been able to send email from my iphone X. I have not changed any settings and it did work before. I can receive email fine. I have checked the settings above including smtp.frontier.com, Port 465 and SSL on. I also re-entered my password to be sure. Please help. John

8 months agoI have done every step to the very end as listed above, four times. I have an iPhone X and when I use the email icon on the home screen it still doesn’t pick up my emails. It comes up with an error, after updating for new emails, saying to click details. When I do, it says to check all of the server settings. I have gone back and checked all the settings, including the server numbers. Everything is correct. Do you have any suggestions?
