Outlook guide to setup 1and1.com mail

1 Start Outlook and open 'Account Settings'.

Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'

2 Create a new email account.

In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'

3 Enable 'Server Settings' and click Next.

Check 'Server settings'.

4 Congratulations, your account has been added!

Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

  • Good morning, Is there someone I can call and speak with regarding a clients email address you are hosting? the client's info is Ginger Allen [g.allen@korshakproperty.com. I would like to keep it with you, but I have tried to resolve this for several months and the only option is to move the DNS and place the email somewhere else. Please let me know what we need to do or who we can speak with. PS All I know of the account is this email address. I have no other information.
