5 years agoI just bought a new Android phone made by Motorola, but have not been able to add this email to the phone. I go to the manual account setup and reach the page for incoming server settings. As instructed above, I enter my email and password; then pop.earthlink.net for the incoming server and 995 for the incoming port. For security type, in the menu it provides SSL/TLS and SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates); and I have tried both. When the phone tries to validate server settings, I get the error message "Couldn't finish...Couldn't open connection to server". What am I doing wrong? thanks very much for your help, Charlie
