Set up Android Cox Business

1 Go to your mail app, choose settings and add a new email account.


3 Choose imap.

4 Please enter your full Cox Business email address and password. Then select "Manual Setup".

5 Enter the following information in the incoming settings screen:

Username: email
Password: uw email-wachtwoord
Incoming server:
Incoming poort: 993
Security type: ssl

Choose 'next'.

6 Enter the following information in the outgoing settings screen:

Outgoing server:
Outgoing port: 465
Security type: ssl
Authorisation required: yes
Username: email
Password: your email-password

  • I have a business account. Are the setting the same or different? Also, when I try to load the business e-mail, it says I need Adobe Flash 9 or higher which is not supported by Android. Suggestions.
