1 year agoI changed my password and can no longer use on my Android phone using Outlook. The following error message: You're seeing an error because of an issue with your email provider's security certificate. You may still connect to your email server, but be aware that this will be an insecure connection, and operations such as sending and receiving messages may fail. In order to resolve this issue, please contact your email provider or IT administrator. Notify them that the server identity and trust chain listed in your provider's SSL certificate does not match the domain you're connecting to. Please note that the Outlook Mobile Support team will not be able to assist with resolving this issue.

2 years agoI am not receiving an alert when a new email comes in and I have to manually refresh my email to receive new messages.How do I add an alert tone and change refresh time?
3 years agoI also have this same problem. I have not been able to sync since 6/15/21. Has anyone found a solution? My Andriod (Galaxy 9) suddenly doesn't sync the email with Mediacom - it fails silently. I keep getting "Couldn't verify account.. A security connection error has occurred" when I go into the settings and click "done". Help!. 1 day ago

3 years agoIt did not work & said saidd:ss" Login Error. Your mail server certificate is invalid invalid. Would you like to login anyway? I hit "Log in" & it said: Login Error. The connection to your mail server timed out. Please check your mail settings. Please help
