Network Solutions email settings for Android

Android guide to setup Network Solutions mail

1 Open your Email application from the menu, add a new account and choose 'Other'.

If you do not have an account yet, you can start setting up right away. Otherwise, open 'Settings' in the email app and choose 'Add account'.

2 In the next screen enter your account details and click on 'Login':

Email: your Network Solutions email address
Password: your Network Solutions email password

3 Choose pop3 and enter the following details under 'Server incoming mail':

pop3 server: mail.[domain].com
Security type: ssl
Port: 995

4 Your account is now ready to use.

Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the email app on your smartphone to use your email.

  • I changed my password and can no longer use on my Android phone using Outlook. The following error message: You're seeing an error because of an issue with your email provider's security certificate. You may still connect to your email server, but be aware that this will be an insecure connection, and operations such as sending and receiving messages may fail. In order to resolve this issue, please contact your email provider or IT administrator. Notify them that the server identity and trust chain listed in your provider's SSL certificate does not match the domain you're connecting to. Please note that the Outlook Mobile Support team will not be able to assist with resolving this issue.
