After entering the above settings on a Samsung S8+ , I get “The username or password is incorrect” is happening on the (outgoing step)

I am trying to add my email to my android and I have forgotten my password! I tried to go into the change your password so they would send me a code by email but it never came to email account on my laptop. Any help would be appreciated. Penny

After entering the above settings on a Google Pixel 2XL I get: " The username or password is incorrect., I can’t move past incoming sever settings. It was working yesterday until I had to reset my phone back to factory settings.
