Back in 2014 I used this account and would like to know if I can still access this email account?

I have the settings set on my cell as it says above. I can recieve but I can't reply or send anything.

Getting error message that pop3/imap access is turned off when using manual settings notes on site.

i followed the above settings, but at the end, received an error message stating, "The email server (smtpauth.surewest.net) is not responding. you can continue the setup process, but you will not be able to send or receive email until your account has been verified by the server."
