iPhone guide to setup Grande mail

5 Choose 'Add mail account', and enter the following information:

Name: your own name
Email: your Grande email address
Password: your Grande email password
Description: a personal description

6 Choose pop3 and enter the following details under 'Incoming mail server':

Hostname: mai.grandecom.net
Username: your Grande email address
Password: your Grande email password

7 Under 'Outgoing mail server' enter the details below and choose 'next':

Hostname: mail.grandecom.net
Username: your Grande email address
Password: your Grande email password

8 Choose 'Done' at the top right and restart the iPhone to activate the settings.

Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the mail app to use your account.

I'm attempting to revise my iPad email setup from S/MIME to SSL. When I go to the Advanced settings and select Incoming Settings as "Use SSL" and update the Server Port to mai.grande.com, it won't save the settings. First, is the Server Port name correct or should be it mail.grande.com (the former spelling is what is showing on the internet email settings help page). However, I have tried both spellings, and neither will save. Any suggestions??
