8 years agoIn Step 7, no other screen comes up after tapping Save. I've attempted several ways, and the end result is mail coming into the box, but not able to reply, and no other folders (Sent, etc) are available. Msg reads: Cannot Connect Using SSL, Do you want to try setting up the account without SSL? No returns me to setup. Yes populates Inbox, with no ability to reply. My work number is (916) 781-4706 if you have a tech who can help me through this. FYI, all was working until last week when I changed my password for my email.
