iPhone guide to setup Wave Broadband mail

5 Choose 'Add mail account', and enter the following information:

Name: your own name
Email: your Wave Broadband email address
Password: your Wave Broadband email password
Description: a personal description

6 Choose pop3 and enter the following details under 'Incoming mail server':

Hostname: mail.wavecable.com
Username: your Wave Broadband email address
Password: your Wave Broadband email password

7 Under 'Outgoing mail server' enter the details below and choose 'next':

Hostname: mail.wavecable.com
Username: your Wave Broadband email address
Password: your Wave Broadband email password

8 Choose 'Done' at the top right and restart the iPhone to activate the settings.

Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the mail app to use your account.

I have successfully had emails coming to my iphone in the past. unable to verify information. The error is get says "The SMTP server "mail.wavecable.com is not responding. check to make sure you entered in the "outgoing mail server" field. I have tried server port 25 and 110 with no luck

I log on to my setting filled all the information that required but whenever I press the next button it says that my time had run out so I can't go the next step.

I can't get my email account to work on Iphone. Thought I could get help from store in Stanwood but women there was rude; computer email keeps downloading repeating emails. The upgrading program has messed everything up; I am not savvy about how to reprogram everything; tried to follow online directions with no success.
