Frontier email settings for Outlook

Outlook guide to setup Frontier mail
5 Select Internet Email Addresses, click Next and enter the following data among user data:
Your name: Your full name.
Email Address: your Frontier email address.
6 In the box Type Account below Server Information, select pop3 and fill out the following information:
Incoming e-mail: pop3.frontier.com
Incoming port: 995
Outgoing e-mail: smtp.frontier.com
Outgoing port: 465
7 Under Login Information fill in the following settings:
E-mail: your Frontier email-adress
Password: your Frontier email-password
Login with security: ssl

When i bring up my outlook express it says server termenated the account POP3frontier server error.

I lost my E-mail, Error message said that my provider disconnected it.
