Outlook guide to setup Juno mail

5 Select Internet Email Addresses, click Next and enter the following data among user data:

Your name: Your full name.
Email Address: your Juno email address.

6 In the box Type Account below Server Information, select pop3 and fill out the following information:

Incoming e-mail: pop.juno.com
Incoming port: 995

Outgoing e-mail: smtp.juno.com
Outgoing port: 465

7 Under Login Information fill in the following settings:

E-mail: your Juno email-adress
Password: your Juno email-password

Login with security: ssl

I am trying to set up outlook account. and get this error message: Send test e-mail message: The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

why am I getting this message - Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server.

The send test-email message fails due to timing out. Five minutes is quite long. How can I get Juno in Outlook (outgoing) to send? Any new settings or any clues?

The out port number 465 in Microsoft Outlook does not work for me when configuring for Juno email.. Are there other out port numbers that I can try?
