6 years agoMediacom Email format is terrible. Can select to delete only one email at a time, not multiple. That is just one of the things, but the most bothersome.

8 years agoWhy cant i receive my email at outlook express instead of a new one
8 years agoHave been having problems w/outlook email since mid-late Sept 2016. At first, the emails did not show up in the actual 'mailbox'. You could only tell you had new email by looking at the word "Inbox" to see if it was bolded (& a number of how many emails you may have). that is still occurring. Also - on the email page, there has always been a small calendar at the left side - but almost at the BOTTOM of the page. It never got in the way of seeing things like "Draft, Junk, Trash" & any other 'folders' for email you have. A week-10 days ago the calendar is now suddenly covering up 98% of all of these e-mail 'folders' & you cannot 'move' the calendar down any. Who, or what do you go to to resolve this problem?? I did notice that just about the time BOTH of these things occurred, there had been a Windows update each time. Don't know if a Windows update would cause these things to occur or not. I'm about to change to another type of email if I can't find an answer.
8 years agoYou are not alone, Mediacom is having major issues with outlook. For the last couple of weeks they are unable to send emails via outlook. The rep says there is no timetable for a fix.
