Outlook guide to setup Road Runner mail

1 Start Outlook, click the File tab and click in the category information Account Settings

2 Click in the tab Email on New.

3 Switch on Server Settings and click Next.

4 Select Internet Email Addresses, click Next and enter the following data among user data:

Your name: Your full name.
Email Address: your Road Runner email address.

5 In the box Type Account below Server Information, select pop3 and fill out the following information:

Incoming e-mail:
Incoming port: 110

Outgoing e-mail:
Outgoing port: 25

6 Under Login Information fill in the following settings:

E-mail: your Road Runner email-adress
Password: your Road Runner email-password

Login with security: none

7 Click on Test Account Settings. If all goes well, click next and then finish.

  • All of a sudden cannot receive roadrunner emails. Working under Windows 10, Office 365, Outlook 2016. Spectrum is the internet provider. My mail settings are incoming server:, port 110, ssl (none), requires logon. Outgoing server:, port 25, encription none; requires logon. What can I do to fix this problem. I am able to send out emails, but can't receive any since early March, 2019.
