Outlook guide to setup Road Runner mail
1 Start Outlook and open 'Account Settings'.
Click on the file tab and in the 'Information' category click on 'Account Settings'
2 Create a new email account.
In the 'Email' tab, click 'New'
3 Enable 'Server Settings' and click Next.
Check 'Server settings'.
4 Congratulations, your account has been added!
Click on 'Test Account Settings'. If everything goes well, click on next and then on finish.

All of a sudden cannot receive roadrunner emails. Working under Windows 10, Office 365, Outlook 2016. Spectrum is the internet provider. My mail settings are incoming server: pop-server.dc.rr.com, port 110, ssl (none), requires logon. Outgoing server: mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com, port 25, encription none; requires logon. What can I do to fix this problem. I am able to send out emails, but can't receive any since early March, 2019.

I can send email but can't receive email from anyone on my contacts list......i receive all advertisements, order confirmations, bank statements, etc.......it is the same on phone email, tablet, and home pc for me and my husband
