  • I have an address of centurytel.net instead of centurylink. I have an Iphone 6S and have been receiving email on my phone under incoming server mail.so.centurytel.net for years with no problem and still have no problem. My outgoing server for a long time was cwmx.com. That failed to work and I was told to use smtp.centurylink.net which does not work. I get the message that the server does not allow relaying. Now this information says to use the pop information for incoming and outgoing servers. PLEASE NOTE MY EMAIL USES CENTURYTEL IF THIS MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE. I am frustrated and feel that no one really knows how to help me. I don't want to make it worse and lose my incoming email even though I cannot send any emails out. Can anyone help me in person at any location?
