Outlook guide to setup 1and1.com mail
5 Select Internet Email Addresses, click Next and enter the following data among user data:
Your name: Your full name.
Email Address: your 1and1.com email address.
6 In the box Type Account below Server Information, select imap and fill out the following information:
Incoming e-mail: imap.1and1.com
Incoming port: 993
Outgoing e-mail: smtp.1and1.com
Outgoing port: 587
7 Under Login Information fill in the following settings:
E-mail: your 1and1.com email-adress
Password: your 1and1.com email-password
Login with security: ssl

This is a business account email with my address along with two others in our office. We are going out of town and need an automatic reply to respond to any emails we will get during that time. Can you send instructions/tutorial please ASAP? Our email is in outlook on our desktops. Thank you!!

I changed my password and I am getting emails on my iPhone however on my iPad emails are coming thru and outgoing but it doesn’t download from the server and the pages are blank. I have tried changing to the new password in settings but no luck. Please help

Good morning, Is there someone I can call and speak with regarding a clients email address you are hosting? the client's info is Ginger Allen [g.allen@korshakproperty.com. I would like to keep it with you, but I have tried to resolve this for several months and the only option is to move the DNS and place the email somewhere else. Please let me know what we need to do or who we can speak with. PS All I know of the account is this email address. I have no other information.
