Trying to set up Charter email on my S 10. Outgoing server format is "is not supported". SMPT server. mobile.charter.net:587. Port = 465. Cannot save edits.

Trying to set up Charter email on s 10 phone and SMTP server setting defaults no matter how I edit or enter "mobile.charter.net" to "mobile.charter.net:587" with message "server address is not supported. I've tried setting it up as a personal IMAP or "email, others" Says it has synced but shows nothing. Received email sent on another device.
