Still no response on "can't receive emails" after 14days!!!!! Ridiculous service
5 years agoI am not getting any emails. I called a tec and they said they would get ahold of me in 24 hours. So far it’s been a week and I have not had contact with them. Now what do I do. It’s been 3 weeks and I need my email.!
5 years agoemail not working, I have now stumped 3 Apple tech support/guru people and still no email on my iPhone I see that outgoing email should be SMTP.mediacombb.net, SSL-On, Port 587 some state Port 465? A number of times I have deleted the account reset it up and find the Port changes to 25? Any Ideas solutions, I think I talked with Mediacom support and they made comment that the account will lock up if three unsuccessful attempts to log in are made, so how do you have time to change all passwords on a Macbook and iPhone ?

5 years agoWhen I send messages or reply to messages from my iPhone, the recipient says Valarie Yeager instead of Valarie Trager. Why is this happening?
5 years agoHow can I delete a message from one device and have it deleted from all. I can read my Mediacom email on my desktop, iPhone and iPad. But once a delete a message from one device it does not delete it from the in boxes on the other devices. Thanks
