When adding an account I do not see or cannot find pop3 under incoming server. Also for outgoing mail server there is not ssl and a server port so I cannot enter 465 as the port number. I'd greatly appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks, JoAnn
7 years agoSame problem as the people below. For the last few days, my husband and I have not been able to send emails from our Iphones. I have called you and have had a chat session. NO ONE can assist me. I am ready to switch to a new internet service!

8 years agoI have been trying to reach support help on my home phone all afternoon and keep getting cut off. I need someone who can help me set up my iphone so I can send out emails. All of a sudden I have someone else's user name on my iphone, Please call me so I can get this corrected. 850-994-7166
8 years agoI followed all of these steps after upgrading from an iPhone 5 to a 6s but I'm not able to send email. I get an error that the password is not correct.
